Dr. Vance has spent ten years on 'Project SMALL,' a device that can shrink matter. After a breakthrough, his cat Newton accidentally triggers the ray on him. Now inches tall, Vance must navigate the treacherous terrain of his lab and garden, dodging giant insects and his own pet. His survival depends on Mira, a young girl he once dismissed, forcing him to realize that his greatest discovery isn't a machine, but a friend.
