Here is the first pilot episode of Otherworld Club, a cinematic set in a fantasy world on a galactic scale with extraordinary creatures and a story twist. This episode introduces a new visual space opera experience designed as short episodic storytelling, combining cinematic imagery, AI tools, animation, and experimental filmmaking techniques. This first episode introduces a new cinematic space opera inspired by the Star Wars universe—created as an homage, featuring new characters and a standalone story, guided by a creative direction that endeavours to preserve the charm and spirit of the original universe—without replicating its canon. This project is non-commercial and fan-made. Produced using a blend of traditional 3d tools and AI, this project explores what’s now possible for episodic storytelling. Tools used: Nano Banana 2, Veo 3, and Kling AI, alongside industry-standard software including Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk Maya. This project explores what’s now possible for episodic storytelling without blockbuster budgets in hybrid live-action and feature animation content.
