The city of Neo-Veridia is a glittering cage built on rot and greed. From the rain-slicked balconies of the high-rises, a group of cybernetically modified rebels watches the neon glow. As the gap between the elite and the augmented widens, these outcasts must decide if they will remain shadows in the machine or the spark that burns it all down.
