I make short animated films that hold a viewer from the first frame to the last, without needing a single line of dialogue to explain themselves. Most AI film work today shows off the tool. Beautiful frames, no reason to stay. I work the other way around. Every film starts with a five-line emotional core and a false belief the character holds about themselves. Then a reveal that dissolves it. The tools only exist to get that on screen.
